Hi,
That means that the software cannot find your CD drive or drives. Open MP3 CD Burner, click on the File menu and select Preferences. In the CD/DVD Burning preferences, check the "Use IMAPI for burning" option.
If that doesn't help, send the cdburner-log.txt file from your Acoustica MP3 CD Burner folder to support (at) acoustica.com. Include a note mentioning this discussion.
