| I recently purchased a registration card. Prior to this I was using the the 7 day trial. Everything worked fine until the point where I put in the registration code. I restarted my computer and changed the playback devices. Still nothing works. |

Something besides entering the registration code must have changed. You mentioned you set the playback device. What other choices are available? Did you try others?

| That's all I tried. All of my other programs are working fine with sound. |

| Ok. I figured it out. For future reference, if the program was purchased after trial period, you need to unistall the program and reinstall it before putting in the registration code. Thanks |

Well that's not actually the fix or what is wrong, but if reinstalling set it back to your default output device then that is fine. _________________ Acoustica Support
