For 5 months I have used Acoustica Label Maker to print CD/DVD faces with an HP Photosmart Premium all-in-one printer, model C309a. Suddenly all my CD/DVD face are printing 12 mm low and off center. The "Printer Calibration..." from the "File" menu has no effect on the CD/DVD faces. In "Print" there is an alignment function which allows me to raise the image by 7 mm (not enough) but then the top 7 mm of the label disappear.
Can anyone help? Thank you.

Maybe obvious but have you checked that the correct template for your disk is selected at the bottom of the DVD screen also your printer settings are correct (Printer presets to CD also in properties correct settings)

I have checked and both the template for my disk and the Printer preset is correct. Thank you for your suggestions.
